1-PARTIES
This agreement, www.ecocar.com.tr the owner of all the rights of the website operating at the address, the center is ‘Kemerkaya Mahallesi Kazazoğlu Sk. No: 2/11 Dec:1 Between PAPILL - ON TUR TURIZM TRAVEL AGENCY LTD STI located at Trabzon Ortahisar and the Member who subscribes to the site (hereinafter referred to as the “Member"), the member's www.ecocar.com.tr it was made at the member registration stage, which he made with his own will via the domain-named website. The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and approved all provisions of this Agreement as a member of the site.
2-DEFINITIONS
Specified in this Agreement;
EcoCAR : PAPILL - ON TOUR TOURISM TRAVEL AGENCY LTD STI (“EcoCAR" for short),
Member: A natural or legal person who is a member of the website,
Website: www.ecocar.com.tr a website that broadcasts via a domain name,
Vehicle: A vehicle of all makes and models owned by ECOCAR and subject to rental,
Agreement: This refers to the "Website Membership Agreement.
3-THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of EcoCAR and the Member with the procedures and principles regarding the rental of vehicles by EcoCAR online on the site via the Internet. This agreement expresses the provision about the vehicle / vehicles to be made on the site and to be rented by the member.
4- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ECOCAR
4.1. EcoCar, under the supervision and control personal identity, address, contact information from loss, misuse, and alteration while taking all reasonable security measures in order to protect against so by law, guarantee the security of this information. The information and data transferred by the member to the site will not be interpreted as confidential information.
4.2. EcoCAR will be able to monitor and record all kinds of activities of the Member on the site for security reasons and will be able to make all kinds of interventions such as suspension from the site, membership freezing, membership cancellation and so on when it deems necessary.
4.3. EcoCAR may partially or completely change the format and content of the site without prior notification to the Member, as well as change the domain name published by the site, use different subdomains, make domain name redirection and / or close the domain name.
4.4. Membership to the website is not a prerequisite for the provision of car rental services by EcoCAR, and since car rental services can be obtained without becoming a Member, all benefits offered to the Member within the scope of Membership are “October benefit”.
4.5. EcoCAR may change the scope and types of the services it offers on the site at any time and without giving reasons, without informing the Member in advance, as well as partially or completely freeze, terminate or completely cancel the services offered on the site.
4.6. EcoCAR may make changes and/or updates to the service, rental terms and operation at any time in order to perform the work and transactions specified in the Contract more effectively. The members accept and declare that they accept these changes and that they will act in accordance with these changes.
4.7. This Agreement does not contain any commitments regarding the number of vehicles that ECOCAR will rent, the brand, model and model year and other issues. The Member may not claim rights and receivables from ECOCAR under any name for these and other reasons.
4.8. ECOCAR has the right not to start, stop, terminate and/or cancel the rental activities unilaterally. The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that there is no right of objection in this matter.
5- RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER
5.1. Membership is completed by completing the registration process by fulfilling the membership procedure specified on the site by the person who wants to become a member. By becoming a member, the Member also accepts the provisions of this Agreement, membership and all kinds of statements related to the services announced by EcoCAR or to be announced later.
5.2. Member that was specified during the membership process ID, driver's license, address, and contact information if you have any changes to that information is complete and accurate, this information will immediately communicate to Ecocar, incomplete, outdated or inaccurate information that would be liable only for damages that may arise due to any legal disputes and agrees to provide. For this reason, no liability and/or defect can be imposed on ECOCAR.
5.3. 5.5. The member will use a password that cannot be easily guessed by others when using the site, username, password, etc. he accepts and declares that he will not share his information with others and that since this information is not kept in the site database, he will be personally and solely responsible for its security, and EcoCAR will not be responsible in any way.
5.6. Account uses the member's membership, the account information of other members you will not use, and others own membership account will be used, otherwise the situation if it is detected by Ecocar, the membership can be revoked, and that Born/will compensate any damage accepts that.
5.7.The member accepts and undertakes that he will not send harmful programs, software, code and similar materials to the site, and will avoid any actions that may endanger the security of the site and members.
5.8.The member cannot transfer his membership account to third parties.
5.9.The Member may not restrict or block the use of the site by others and may not interfere with the operation of the site or the servers or networks used to make the site available.
5.10.Member, virus attacks that affect computer hardware and/or information from the site due to the site including but not limited to loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in relation to the access and use EcoCar is not responsible for damages which may occur.
5.11.The member agrees not to use any tools, software or tools to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, not to connect to the site unauthorized and not to perform operations, not to access or use the software and data of other Internet users without permission.
6- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.4. 7- RESPONSIBILITY

EcoCAR cannot be held responsible for direct and/or indirect damages caused by the member's use of any product or service. The member accepts and declares that he/she is personally responsible for all kinds of damages and damages that may arise as a result of using the service or the site.
